New for 2011, there’ll also be the opportunity to drive a newly repaired stunning route through the Lower Caucasus to Akhalsikhe from Tbilisi and also to visit the remote Davit Gareja desert complex, near the border with Azerbaijan. The tour opened our eyes to an intruiging and 'different' corner of the world that we would not have visited independently. We never felt 'herded' and really appreciated the leaders' - and driver's - willingness to accommodate unscheduled stops for photos etc.

Crammed a huge amount into one week - felt as though I had been away for a month. Food, wine, stunning views, ancient history, walking, culture, ... and brilliant company... not much more you can ask for from a holiday!
