Our Southern Provence tour is based in the delightful seaside town of Sanary-sur-Mer, close to Cassis and Bandol and visits Aix-en-Provence for the day, as well as concentrating on on the wonderful myriad of sights along the coast including the lovely town of Cassis and the dramatic Calanques cliffs, Bandol, Toulon, Hyeres, Bormes-les-Mimosas, and St Tropez. For 2013 the tour has changed slighty with an added extra day in the itinerary to visit Marseille, which in 2013 is the European City of Culture. This will enable you to enjoy the vibrant fusion of cultures and visit some of the numerous exhibitions this cosmopolitan city has to offer.

Day 3
Full day tour to Marseille with entrance included to the 'Le Grand Atelier du Midi' exhibition.

Soleil et Jardin Hotel, Sanary-sur-Mer
This tour is based at the beautiful town of Sanary, at the modern and well-appointed 3-star Soleil et Jardin Hotel. Located about 5 minutes' walk from the pretty town and harbour lined with restaurants, the hotel's facilities include indoor pool, outdoor pool (from May 2012) bar and comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms with private bath/shower, TV, telephone, hairdryer and minibar.Please note that due to the new star classification system in France the Soleil et Jardin Hotel is now a 3-star hotel.

Good value for money. Delightful resort & friendly hotel though the indoor pool is dangerous. The free day in Sanary makes all the difference. Good driver & coach too apart from nasty buzz on loudspeaker. Keep up the good work.
