Day one

Flight to Krakow. On arrival a coach will take you to the four star, centrally located hotel Novotel.

Day two

You will have a walking tour during which you see the Rynek, the main square, lined with medieval buildings and its Cloth Hall, which has been used for textile trading since the 16th century. Today it’s full of artisans selling amber jewellery. See the medieval fortifications, the church from where late Pope John-Paul II held mass and the Slowacki Theatre. Later, you will see a host of other sights too, including the University and Collegium where Copernicus theorised that the earth was not the centre of the solar system. You will also visit the 11th century Wawel castle district, the political and cultural capital for more than 500 years, comprising the Royal Palace, cathedral, Senators Hall, treasury and armoury.

Day three

Auschwitz has been left virtually untouched since its liberation in 1945 and is now a museum and monument. We have a guided tour before a visit to Birkenau and its notorious watchtower. You return to Krakow during the afternoon. This tour is optional so should you wish to, you will have the
option to stay in Krakow for the day.

Day four

The coach will take you to the airport for your return flight.

Four-star rated, centrally located near the Wawel castle, all rooms are air-conditioned with en suite facilities, safe, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel has a bar, restaurant and fitness facilities including an indoor swimming pool.

Just got back from Krakow tour yesterday and would like to pass on our praise for tour guide Basha. She was hugely informative, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and funny to boot! This was our first tour with you and we will certainly consider you again.

The whole trip was excellent - the hotel, the coach and driver, the excursions and the guides and, most of all, our genial rep, were exemplary.
