I was extremely pleased with the organisation of the holiday and the tour representative Lynda who was 'professional to her finger tips'. If Lynda is typical of your resort staff, then it speaks volumes about your company. I addition, I would like to thank all the staff 'back at base' who did so well in looking after us when the airports in Southern Spain were closed due to the volcanic ash.
