We would like to express our thanks for the organisation involved. The tour guide was excellent and worked very hard to ensure everything ran smoothly. The delay due to volcanic ash was handled brilliantly and credit must go to the hotel Bristol who pulled out all the stops for us. I would not hesitate to recommend your company for the good service you offer. Thank you
