Myanmar (Burma): The Road To Mandalay - Wild Frontiers
If you want to see the friendliest people with the biggest smiles, gold topped pagodas in abundance and totally unspoilt rural villages, then a visit to Myanmar is a must. The colourful markets, ruins, stuppas and wonderful diverse scenery made the trip a photographer's dream.

Georgia: Land of Myths and Mountains - Wild Frontiers
The tour opened our eyes to an intruiging and 'different' corner of the world that we would not have visited independently. We never felt 'herded' and really appreciated the leaders' - and driver's - willingness to accommodate unscheduled stops for photos etc.

Georgia: Land of Myths and Mountains - Wild Frontiers
Crammed a huge amount into one week - felt as though I had been away for a month. Food, wine, stunning views, ancient history, walking, culture, ... and brilliant company... not much more you can ask for from a holiday!

Rajasthan: Taj, Temples & Tigers - Wild Frontiers
We felt as though we were staying with friends rather than in hotels during our holiday in Rajasthan. We learnt so much about India in a very short space of time and by the end felt we had a real understanding of the way people live. Wild Frontiers gave us such a variety of experiences unmatched by many other holiday companies.

Uzbekistan: Journey to Samarkand & The Aral Sea - Wild Frontiers
I always dreamt of seeing Samarkand. The sound of the word is so seductive and dreamlike. Finally seeing these masterpieces of the Islamic architecture simply took my breath away.

Cities of the Silk Road - Wild Frontiers
The main part of this tour was Turkmenistan – a fascinating but little visited country. The grandeur of the domed cities of Samarkand and Bukara gave way to largely desert covered land revealing a number of ancient archaeological sites. Merv & Gonur were extraordinary (hailed as the worlds 5th civilization) as were the caves and dinosaurs footprints and the strange sights of Ashgabad. Turkmenistan is well worth exploring!

Turkey: A Wild Walk in the Taurus Mountains - Wild Frontiers
A fantastic trip to a beautiful country, with a real opportunity to meet local people in the villages in which we stayed during the trek, with a tour leader who clearly knew his stuff and was passionate about Turkey.

Turkey: A Wild Walk in the Taurus Mountains - Wild Frontiers
Fabulous and varied walking every day, constantly changing scenery and views, wonderfully welcoming homestays, delicious food and constant laughter! Mike is an excellent tour leader and his knowledge and passion for Turkey are obvious so, as well as enjoying everything mentioned above, we also learnt a great deal. A completely amazing trip in every respect.

Darwin's Ecuador: Andes to Galapagos - Wild Frontiers
Having just retired, Lesley and I were looking for a real treat to celebrate our new-found freedom. The Wild Frontiers trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos fitted the bill perfectly! Although we had travelled extensively, the South American continent was undiscovered territory for us and Ecuador proved a fantastic introduction with its spectacular mountain scenery and extraordinary biodiversity. The Galapagos was a fitting climax - a veritable Garden of Eden!

Darwin's Ecuador: Andes to Galapagos - Wild Frontiers
This is one of the best trips I have ever made in my life! Despite the cold (thank goodness I packed some fleeces!) it was an amazing experience and once we got to the Amazon jungle I almost didn't leave...! My experience with Wild Frontiers was a real pleasure from start to finish, and the guides that you use are awesome in that their knowledge, and attention to the guests is unsurpassed. Well done on organising such a great trip. I wouldn't have missed it for the world. Can I go back to the jungle now please?!
