Timing of visits was very well planned so that a great deal was fitted in without undue sense of rushing. Balance of gardens and architecture was admirable. We enjoyed the whole holiday very much indeed and would very much like to travel with Brightwater again

This was a wonderful four days, everything was perfection and I am usually a moaner! There was not an achilles heel anywhere in the four days experience. I think the tour guide Hugh was exceptionally good, he treated one like a human not a commodity.

We loved Tresco. Thanks you to Hazel for re-organising our flights. We got a good 12 hours extra there. Mike Nelhams was superb and the gardens were wonderful. I've bought back some seeds! Both Penzance and Tresco heliports make LHR and lGW seem like a jungle.

We were privileged to have Caroline Wickham-Jones to introduce us to some of the main archaeological sites of Shetland and Orkney . With her specialist knowledge and deep understanding of the archaeological record, her enthusiasm and sense of humour – as well and the efficiency and clarity with which she managed the logistics of our expeditions – she brought a special dimension to the holiday. Brian Kerr our driver, was outstanding – extremely careful in his driving, keeping the coach meticulously clean, always patient and friendly toward member of the party. The holiday was truly a marvelous experience
