Nancy & the birth of Art Nouveau - Travel Editions
The tour manager and guide enhanced our visit to Nancy. We were able to appreciate the history and architecture of the places we visited and the hotel was excellent for a 3*. As a single traveller I found the number of people on the tour appropriate. The organised evening meals were much appreciated and were excellent value.

It was good to eat out in a group as it really contributed to the bonding experience. And the restaurant chosen provided excellent choice in the meal provided for us and gave us first class service - there was no question of being made to feel like second class citizens because we were "a group".

Had a fabulous time. The balance of group visits and time to do one's own thing was perfect. The hotel was comfortable and not too great a distance from the centre (there was a bus option too if required, which the tour manager helpfully pointed out on our first evening). The Kroller-Muller museum is a must-see, as are Het Loo and the open-air museum, but all the trips were interesting and worthwhile. Love the Eurostar option - so much easier than flying. I did the Dutch Masters holiday last year (highly recommended) - thanks for another great trip!

As usual, an excellent holiday with Travel Editions, who always find good hotels, knowledgeable guides and who work very hard to accommodate all clients requests, with a cheerful willingness. The boat trip to Hydra and Spetses, ending in the sun setting and dolphins playing alongside the boat was magical. The trips to Delphi and Epidaurus were especially memorable. We'll be back!

Timing of visits was very well planned so that a great deal was fitted in without undue sense of rushing. Balance of gardens and architecture was admirable. We enjoyed the whole holiday very much indeed and would very much like to travel with Brightwater again
