Istanbul, Ephesus & Troy - Riviera Travel
My wife and I have just returned from the Istanbul,Ephesus and Troy tour. We had a very enjoyable time and would like to thank you and the tour guides Sait and Mohammed for looking after us so well.

South Africa - Riviera Travel
We are writing to express our appreciation for our South Africa tour manager Matt Locmelis. The whole tour was extremely good and so was Laurence with his extensive knowledge of the country. However, Matt is singled out because he was just terrific when we had a health scare. He dealt extremely efficiently with everything, from hospital to travel insurance, and he kept in touch with us, informing and reassuring us, during the whole problem period. He deserves high praise.

Carcassonne, Avignon & Provence - Newmarket Holidays
We have just returned from a fantastic break in the wonderfull city of Carcassonne.I must tell what a wonderfull team you have working out there.Gavin and sabeen were just great nothing was any trouble,they both were very informative about the local history, resturants,they were a mine of information.The hotel Ibis was spotless with frendly staff and good food. over all it was a very pleasant holiday and great value for money.Thanks Newmarket we wll be back.

Jordan, Petra and Damascus - Riviera Travel
Just to let you know how much my daughter and I enjoyed our recent holiday with you in Jordan.(April 29th --May 6th) The guides were excellent. Okla was very clear and informative ,taking great care of the group, always thougtful, accessible and knowledgeable. Jan was unfailingly cheerful, concerned and supportive. The hotels were of a very good standard and our coach driver was excellent.
My only suggestion would be is for a little bit more 'free' time though I realise this can be hard as people expect to cram in all they can! I did opt out for one day as I knew,by the itinerary ,that it would be exhausting to do everything.This was confirmed by some of the others!

Paris by Eurostar - Riviera Travel
Fantastic short break in Paris with Suzann as guide. She clearly loves the city and knows it well. We normally travel independently, but with Riviera its excellent value + you can pick and choose how much you join in. suzann genuinely cares about the customers without being patronising and she looked after someone who was very sick. Classical Spain - Riviera Travel
I have just returned from the Classical Spain Tour and I must say it really was an excellent tour. It was well organised with a good balance of trips and free time. The hotels were good although we were not so keen on the hotel in Granada! I think above all it was the work of our Tour Manager, Paul who really made the holiday. He was informative, engaging, helpful and polite. We felt totally secure with him - if the other tour managers are like him I am sure I will be booking with Riviera in the future! Thank you Riviera and Paul! Also musn't forget to mention the driver - Jose! Excellent!

Classical Spain - Riviera Travel
We have recently returned from our first Riviera group holiday, having previously been independent travellers. Though initially daunted by the size of the group, we are totally converted to the format, principally, I suspect, thanks to the excellent group leadership skills of Paul Richardson. Within the framework of the schedule of the Classical Spain tour, he showed great organisational abilities, attention to detail above and beyond the call of duty, and not just good humour, but the wit of a stand-up comedian! His knowledge about, and enthusiasm for the country was infectious. We hope to experience Riviera again, and if the leaders are all of Paul's quality, I think you may have converts for life. I have already passed your website on to 3 friends!

Jordan, Petra and Damascus - Riviera Travel
I have just come back from Jordan last week...It was the tour from the 11th to the 17Th of february. Please could you transfer this message to Mohammed who was our guide and was a fantastic one. We didn't have the opportunity to say good bye because at Heathrow we had a flight connection to Aberdeen and so didn't take the same exit...and we lost trace of the group we were travelling with.
