Fantastic short break in Paris with Suzann as guide. She clearly loves the city and knows it well. We normally travel independently, but with Riviera its excellent value + you can pick and choose how much you join in. suzann genuinely cares about the customers without being patronising and she looked after someone who was very sick. The delay due to volcanic ash was handled brilliantly and credit must go to the hotel Bristol who pulled out all the stops for us. I have just returned from your South African trip and wanted to say how very much my friend and I enjoyed it. Karen Holladay was our Tour Manager and she was excellent - very knowledgeable and helpful and it was all organised superbly - nothing was too much trouble for Karen and she obviously loves Africa. The local South African guide Richard and the two drivers we had were also very good. Highlights were the safaris, bush walk and also the visit to the Township in Cape Town but there was so much on the tour that it is difficult to pick out any one thing.
